However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please return it unused in the original condition and packaging within 14 days and we will provide an exchange or refund. When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as Peony Box will not accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us. Please note that Peony Box will not reimburse the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our duvets and pillows are covered by a 10 year guarantee against faulty workmanship, however, this does not cover normal wear and tear or faults arising from non-adherence of the care instructions.
